This system is an optimum ventilation method that passes the guidelines as a countermeasure against powder dust generation sources.

The low-noise contra-rotating biaxial fans of this series are applicable to large-section tunnels, shields, urban NATM, etc.
Because this product controls air volume by changing the rotation frequency of the fan with the inverter, no-load current is not generated, leading to a significant energy saving.

The low-noise contra-rotating biaxial fans of this series are applicable to large-section tunnels, shields, and urban NATM and realize a reduction of noise by 5 dB compared to our conventional products. The products of this series generate lower noise and have a stylish design while maintaining the performance of the fan.

The blowers of this series are suitable for digging lengths of 1,000 meters or longer, such as small-bore shields and the TBM. The inverter control enables control of the air volume according to extended pipe length, achieving energy-saving operation. The products of this series can be used for both discharge and suction, and some of them are applicable to flammable gases.

The fans of this series generate higher pressure than contra-rotating biaxial fans. The ventilating ducting diameter can be smaller compared with contra-rotating biaxial fans with the same air volume. The products of this series can be used for both discharge and suction.

A duct for negative pressure. Air leakage is almost zero even at -80 kPa.
Because this product generates less friction resistance and has superior long-distance air blowing characteristics, it enables significant energy savings and the use of one level smaller blowers.
The outer diameter of the joint is smaller than that of conventional steel pipes, which leads to space saving.
It is optimum for exhaust of methane gas, long-distance shields, machine-digging of small-section tunnels, and the TBM.
