The products can be used for localized dust removal where the dust is being generated, or for dust collection from a whole building. The use of pleated filters with a large surface area makes the equipment more compact than general bag filter dust collectors. The product is designed to meet the usage situation, for example for loading on heavy equipment vehicles.

Can remove harmful smoke and fumes generated in welding, thermal cutting, thermal spraying, etc. Can also solve problems with difficult fumes, for example fumes with mist or steam mixed in.

Cyclone

High-speed turning inside the cyclone leads to centrifugal forces acting to sort the dust (of about 10 μm) from the air. The equipment is designed to suit the amount of processing to be performed and the type of particles.

The strong suction power means that the equipment can be used highly efficiently for cleaning apartment house construction sites, for collecting shavings or casting sand, for cleaning inside factories, as a central vacuum or for road beds or artificial lawns, etc.

This equipment is used for work which creates dust in a localized area. The dust that is generated is recovered from the work area. Powerful suction and dust collection using a down flow of about 1 m/s ensures that dust dispersion is prevented and the surrounding area stays clean.

Dust transportation

Dust transportation

The flow of air is used to transport the article (dust, fibers, shredded waste) along the pipes to its destination. This method can carry more material than conveyer belts and there is no infiltration of foreign matter. The system is simple, making maintenance easy.

Gas adsorption/neutralization

Harmful gases and odors are removed through active carbon and a catalytic layer. We also produce neutralization equipment for chlorine gas and ammonia, etc. In addition, we are currently developing new technology for cleaning equipment using agitation with particles.

Heating/cooling and dehumidification

Heating/cooling and dehumidification

This is a large air conditioning unit for industrial use. The all-season unit performs heating, cooling and dehumidification. It is characteristic for its installation outdoors, low-noise design, compact size and high capacity filter dust removal. The equipment is also available for rental.

Fine-grinding mills

Fine-grinding mills

These are machines to fine-grind articles using the turbo mill method. The particles after grinding are less than 10 m in diameter. Among others, we have proven results with machines for the fine grinding and sterilization of seaweed and recycling machines which fire and finely grind shells.

Seed grinder

This machine uses air mixing to polish the surface of the seeds and improve the rate of germination and the time to germination.

Emulsion machine

This machine mixes fuel and water to produce emulsified fuel. This has various beneficial effects for the environment, including increased fuel efficiency, reduced NOx and reduced soot dust.
