The dust collector is too big and there is no space to install it. A smaller dust collector is required. But, reduced performance is not acceptable!
What is the solution?
Key point! Use a pleated filter to make the dust collector more compact.

A pleated filter is compact but has a large surface area.

By folding the filter material into pleats and forming it into a cylindrical shape, the filter can be compact but have a large surface area. This is a pleated filter. The volume of the filter is smaller than general bag filters, but the surface area is greater.

With the large surface area but compact design of our filters, the number of filters required is fewer than with general bag filters, which means that the dust collector is 1/5 the body size and 1/3 the weight of bag-filter models. The area required for installation is therefore greatly reduced.
