The technology we have accumulated in thirty years of developing and producing dust collectors for tunnel construction is in use in a wide range of general industrial applications.

Seven characteristics of the industrial use I Series

The amount of particulate matter in air leaving our filters is 0.1 mg/m3 or less, equivalent to normal air in the outside environment.
Using filters for fine particles gives exit air purity of 0.01 mg/m3 or less, equivalent to clean room air.
Our products have been adopted for use in nuclear power, space, biotechnology and precision electronics applications.

Our filter cleaning method differs from the method used in general dust collectors. The dust on the filter is powerfully removed with an impact applied to the filter from a supersonic impulse produced with compressed air. This means that the filter does not easily become clogged, which makes continuous operation possible.

Our unique filter cleaning method greatly reduces the burden from filter clogging, and the strength and durability of the filters gives a filter life of 30,000 hours.
This means that the filter does not need replacing for 4 years.

Customers can select from a wide range of filter material, including "high performance filters for clean rooms," "heat-resistant filters" and "explosion-proof filters."

The pleated filters are compact but with a large filter surface area. The dust collector is therefore around 1/3 to 1/5 of the size of general bag filter types, greatly reducing the space needed for installation.

Reducing costs and labor is possible!

Many customers are concerned that dust collectors with a design and development service included will be more expensive.

Longer filter life means reductions in costs and labor for replacement.

In order to withstand the powerful automatic cleaning process, all parts except the filter are made of metal. The upper and lower extremes are firmly attached using metal parts, eliminating the problems of breakage and splitting which can occur with resin filters from other companies.

Replacement need only be once every four years, or possibly longer.

History behind the customer's enquiry
The filter on the dust collector the customer was using for automatic blast equipment soon became clogged and unable to suck in more particles. Also, as suction continued in the clogged state, the filter would tear and the particles leaked. It therefore required a lot of labor for frequent cleaning and replacement work.
Effects
When our dust collector was installed, the filter cleaning functioned correctly so that no problems of filter clogging occurred, and continuous dust collection became possible. Three years have passed since the equipment was installed but the filter has not yet been replaced. The product design also included strengthened corrective action against noise, making compliance with environmental standards possible.

History behind the customer's enquiry
The customer was considering purchasing a new dust collector as their equipment was getting old. The customer had been using a cyclone dust collector, but this allowed small particles to pass through, so the customer wanted a dust collector with a filter. However, the space for installation was restricted and it was not possible to install a general-type bag filter dust collector.
Effects
Our dust collectors use a pleated filter, which is compact, but has a large surface area, so the equipment itself is small and installation was possible. The cleanliness of the air leaving the product was also highly evaluated by the customer, as measurements of the air leaving the collector could not detect any particles.
